Draft a short public reply to a guest review from facts you enter. Free, no signup, runs in your browser — nothing is sent or stored. Based on Airbnb Help on responding to reviews (last checked 2026-10-03). Your reply posts immediately on the listing once you submit it in Airbnb — review every word first.
1 · Situation
Pick the closest match. Templates are drafting aids only — edit so they sound like you. Do not invent fixes, fees, or promises.
2 · Your facts
Use only details you can stand behind. Prefer the guest’s first name only (as shown on the platform). Never put a full street address, door code, or private booking detail in a public reply.
3 · Draft public reply
Before you post: Airbnb says a public response is posted immediately and future guests can see it with the review (Help 32). Keep replies short, warm, and factual. For a bad review, thank them, name the issue in their words, state a concrete improvement if you have one, and stop — do not argue or blame (Resource Center). Removal requests are only for Reviews Policy issues and are decided by Airbnb, not guaranteed.
Public host reply — Profile → Reviews → Reviews about you → Leave public response (Help 32). Desktop path; Insights also lists reviews.
Written for future guests — especially on critical reviews: acknowledge, state a fix you actually made, close warmly.
Not modelled: review removal odds, Superhost / Guest Favorite math, ranking uplift, or any earnings effect of replying.
Not tax, legal, or platform-policy advice. No income or badge is promised. Airbnb’s Help Center, Reviews Policy, and your dashboard win if they differ.
Questions
Where do I post a public response?
Help 32: Profile → Reviews → Reviews about you → Leave public response → Submit. The response appears immediately under the guest’s review on your listing.
Should I reply to every review?
Many hosts reply to keep the listing conversational for future guests. Airbnb’s Resource Center on bad reviews says a short, friendly reply can reassure other guests you care. This tool does not require you to reply; it only drafts text from your facts.
What if the review breaks Airbnb’s rules?
Help 32: you can request removal if it doesn’t follow the Reviews Policy. Removal is Airbnb’s decision and not guaranteed. Use the desk pack’s dispute prompt for a neutral request draft — this free tool focuses on public replies you still choose to post.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Templates fill in your browser; nothing you type is transmitted or stored.
