Build a room-by-room shot list from the spaces you actually list — hero first, then a walkthrough guests can follow. Free, no signup, runs in your browser — nothing is sent or stored. Based on Airbnb’s Resource Center on listing photos (last checked 2026-10-04). Print or copy it for shoot day; edit every line to match your place.
1 · Listing basics
2 · Rooms guests can use
Counts drive bedroom/bathroom lines. Toggle only spaces that appear in your listing (Help: every room in the photo tour needs at least one photo).
3 · Amenities to detail-shot (optional)
Airbnb’s photo tips call out unique amenities and accessibility features. Check only what guests actually get.
4 · Your shot list
Before you shoot: Airbnb’s Resource Center suggests cleaning/decluttering, making a list of rooms and angles, using soft natural light indoors, golden hour outdoors, horizontal frames, and uploading high-resolution photos (at least about 1200×800). After upload, use the photo tour and captions. This page is a planning checklist only — not photography, legal, safety, or listing advice. Your local rules and Airbnb’s terms win. No income or ranking effect is promised.
Shot-list checklist — ordered prompts for what to photograph, sized to your room counts and toggles.
Host-entered facts only — bedrooms, baths, and amenities you mark as guest-accessible.
Not modelled: professional lighting setups, editing workflows, ranking uplift, conversion rates, or any earnings effect of better photos.
Not photography, legal, safety, or platform-policy advice. No income or badge is promised. Airbnb Help / Resource Center and your dashboard win if they differ.
Questions
How many photos should my listing have?
Airbnb does not publish one fixed minimum on these Help pages. Help on the photo tour says every room or space needs at least one photo. Host-facing guides commonly aim for a complete gallery (often discussed in the mid-teens to ~30), with the first five photos especially important in search. Use enough clear shots to cover every guest-accessible space without near-duplicates.
What order should I upload in?
Lead with your strongest overall (hero) image, then walk guests through the stay: entry → living → kitchen → bedrooms/baths → outdoor → practical details. This tool prints that order so shoot day matches upload day.
Is this the same as the house manual builder?
No. The house manual drafts written stay instructions (Wi‑Fi first). This page only builds a photography checklist for your listing gallery.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. The checklist is built in your browser; nothing you type is transmitted or stored.
